Food pantry & Community Outreach
Nobody should go hungry, and you do not have to. At North Salem Community Church, we are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus, serving our neighbors with love, groceries, and seasonal community events.
How we serve our neighbors
Through practical food relief, annual fellowship meals, and local partnerships, we provide warm support to families across our community whenever they need a helping hand.
Monthly food pantry
Open on the 1st Thursday of every month, providing 7 to 10 days of nourishing groceries, fresh produce, and bread.
Community dinners and events
Gathering neighbors together with our Spaghetti Dinner, Pancake Breakfast, Craft Fair, and October Chili Fest.
Brown County TRIAD
Proudly partnering with and supporting local initiatives to safeguard, honor, and care for seniors in our area.
Serving like Christ in every season
To serve like Christ is behind every outreach we host. We believe we may be the only face of Jesus that someone meets, and we are committed to meeting everyday physical and spiritual needs with open arms.
Food pantry details and hours
Obtaining groceries can place a heavy strain on family budgets, but we are here to help lighten that load. Our pantry is open on the 1st Thursday of each month from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Families receive 7 to 10 days of quality food essentials, including fresh bread and produce.
